Banana shaped Cubanella peppers stuffed with sausage,
and roasted garlic; finished

Chicken Breast Penne Integrali
Sautéed chicken breast with roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts;
served in a garlic lemon butter sauce tossed with whole heat penne pasta

Tilapia with seafood stuffing, broiled to perfection then finished with a champagne sauce; served with Risotto Parmigiano and broccoli
