Roasted Beet Salad
Slow Braised Beets toasted with baby arugula, pistachio nuts, Red onions and cherry tomatoes in lemon vinaigrette
Mozzarella Fantasy
Fresh homemade mozzarella rolled and stuffed with roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus in a pesto sauce finished with a balsamic reduction

Stuffed Pork Involtini
Pork Filet rolled and stuffed with spinach, mortadella and provolone cheese in roasted tomato, garlic Barolo reduction over a bed of homemade Pappardelle
Grilled Salmon Capricciosa
Grilled salmon over a bed of baby arugula, red onions, fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in a lemon vinaigrette
Crabmeat Encrusted Tilapia
Crabmeat, Sundried tomatoes, black olives encrusted Tilapia in a roasted tomato champagne, white wine, garlic olive oil served with Parmigiano risotto
Tuscan Stuffed Chicken
Fresh Chicken Brest rolled and stuffed with sausage, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts served in a roasted pepper, artichoke cream sauce with mashed potatoes
